About Us

The Illinois Association for School, College, and University Staffing is dedicated to:

	Establishing and maintaining professional standards among persons engaging in recruitment and selection of staff for educational institutions;
	Fostering cooperation among institutional placement/career center officials;
	Acquainting all individuals concerned with faculty and staff recruitment with the current practices and problems in the fields of staffing and personnel/human resources;
	Encouraging the use of institutional placement/career centers by school and college authorities;
	Enhancing the concept of staffing as an integral part of the institutional program; and
	Promoting research and making possible its exchange, dissemination and implementation.
